Jackson Corners Road is an east/west route running near the Dutchess-Columbia county line. East Kerley Corners Road (Dutchess CR 78) turns into Jackson Corners Road at the county line. It runs southeast for several miles to Red Hook, where it dips across the border into Dutchess County and is designated Dutchess CR 50. After a little less than a mile, it returns to Columbia County and becomes Columbia CR 2 again. There is an interchange with the Taconic Parkway. About a mile past the parkway, Jackson Corners Road ends at a three-way intersection along the county line with Mount Ross Road (Dutchess CR 50) and Columbia CR 7.
