Exit 18 is for the Long Mountain Parkway (US 6) west and Seven Lakes Drive west. Eastbound US 6 is routed along the parkway from here to its northern terminus. Seven Lakes Drive is also multiplexed with the parkway for a short distance beginning here.

Exit 19 is for Perkins Memorial Drive. The exit directly leads to Seven Lakes Drive, which splits off from the parkway here. Access to Perkins Memorial Drive is through Seven Lakes Drive.

The Palisades Parkway ends at a traffic circle at the Bear Mountain Bridge (US 6/US 202) and US 9W.
