The Wantagh Parkway begins at the Ocean Parkway at Jones Beach. The first section is the Jones Beach Causeway, which crosses three bridges from Jones Beach to Merrick Road (CR 27).

The Wantagh Parkway ends at the Northern Parkway. To access Brush Hollow Road (CR 63), take the Northern Parkway east one exit to exit 34.
