Northbound Views
CT 11 begins at East Haddam Road (CT 82) in Salem. At first, it follows what was supposed to be an entrance ramp before widening to two lanes as it merges with the pavement from the overpasses that would have led to the unbuilt portion of the expressway.

CT 11 ends here, merging into the CT 2 expressway heading west. There is advance signage for exit 23 before the merge.
