Main Street runs south through New Canaan as a two-lane undivided road. East Avenue (CT 106) is to the left at the traffic light. Turn left to go north on CT 106. Straight ahead, southbound CT 106 is multiplexed with CT 124. The signage here is highly confusing and misleading. One would think from the signs that CT 123 is multiplexed with CT 106 here. In reality, it is located about half a mile east of here and can be accessed via CT 106.
