I-395 is a short spur off of I-95 leading into Downtown Baltimore near the Inner Harbor. It begins at exit 53 of I-95 and runs north for a little over a mile. There is a single exit for Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Then, the expressway ends at a traffic light at Conway Street, where it becomes Howard Street.
