I-676 is a short loop off of I-76 in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The section in New Jersey is known as the North-South Freeway, a name it shares with portions of I-76 and NJ 42. It begins at I-76 near the Walt Whitman Bridge in Camden and runs north for a couple of miles. It then crosses the Ben Franklin Bridge over the Delaware River to Philadelphia.
