NJ 50 is a north/south route from Upper Township to Egg Harbor City. The ramp for exit 20 of the Garden State Parkway (NJ 444) turns into NJ 50 where it ends at US 9 in Upper Township. It runs northwest to Tuckahoe and Corbin City and then north through Estell Manor to Mays Landing, where it turns east onto Harding Highway (US 40) for a few blocks and then north onto Cape May Avenue, which turns into Philadelphia Avenue.
