CR 2 is a north/south route running just west of the New York-Connecticut state line from Wassaic to Amenia. It begins at the point where CR 3 turns from South Amenia Road onto Kent Road. South Amenia Road continues north as CR 2, changing names after a short distance to become Amenia Union Road, which runs northeast to the state line. Amenia Union Road continues across the border into Connecticut as CT 41. CR 2 continues north as Leedsville Road to end at NY 343.
