Arthursburg Road changes designation from CR 33 to CR 42 at Hillside Lake Road. It runs southeast as a two-lane undivided road.

Arthursburg Road ends at the Taconic Parkway. Bear right to get on the parkway going south. Bear left to turn around. There is no access to the parkway northbound here.
