Jerusalem Avenue is an east/west route in Nassau County extending from Hempstead to Massapequa. It exists as a county route with the designation of CR 105 from where it begins at Greenwich Street (CR 7B) in Hempstead to the southern terminus of NY 106 in North Bellmore. There, it becomes a state route, changing designation to become NY 105. Most of CR 105 is a four-lane undivided road, although it narrows down to two lanes just before it becomes a state route.
