Community Drive begins at the Long Island Expressway (I-495) and runs north through Manhasset. North Shore University Hospital is on the right.

Community Drive ends at a traffic light at Northern Boulevard (NY 25A). Turn right to go east or left to go west. East Shore Road is straight ahead.
