After NY 27 splits off from North Conduit Avenue it continues northwest as a three-lane one-way street. South Conduit Avenue is on the other side of the large grass median in this area.

Welcome to Brooklyn! North Conduit Avenue and South Conduit Avenue change names to become Conduit Boulevard upon entering the borough. There is no signage for the borough line. There are traffic lights with oversized street name signs at Pitkin Avenue, Glenmore Avenue, and Liberty Avenue.
