Eastern Parkway begins at Flatbush Avenue at Grand Army Plaza and runs east as a five-lane undivided road. There are three eastbound lanes and two westbound lanes, as well as a service road on the westbound side. There are oversized street name signs at Plaza Street East and Washington Avenue.
