Junction Boulevard begins at Queens Boulevard (NY 25) in the Rego Park section of Queens. The first block is a northbound one-way street. There is a traffic light with an oversized street name sign at 62 Drive.

North of 62 Drive, Junction Boulevard becomes a two-way street. The Rego Center shopping mall is on the right. After one block, there is an interchange with the Long Island Expressway (I-495).
