Victory Boulevard runs east as a east as a four-lane undivided road. There are oversized street name signs Goller Place, Morani Street, and Christopher Lane.

There is an entrance to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway (NY 440) north and the Staten Island Expressway (I-278) west. Southbound NY 440 is multiplexed with westbound I-278 along the Staten Island Expressway beginning here.

Skipping a substantial distance to the east, Victory Boulevard ends here at Bay Street. Brooklyn is visible straight ahead across the Narrows.
