NY 107 is a four-lane road from Bethpage to Hicksville. Some parts are divided and some parts are undivided. South Oyster Bay Road (CR 9) splits off to the right in this section and runs directly north, while NY 107 runs to the northwest. In Hicksville, NY 107 changes names to become Broadway.

After the split, NY 107 is called Cedar Swamp Road. It remains a four-lane divided road until SUNY Old Westbury, where it narrows down to two lanes and the divider ends.

Welcome to the City of Glen Cove! The northernmost section of Glen Cove Road is a short limited-access highway called the Glen Cove Arterial Highway. There are several overpasses but no exits.
