Middle Neck Road becomes Port Washington Boulevard at its intersection with Harbor Road. It runs south as a two-lane undivided road. There are traffic lights at Sandy Hollow Road and Eastern Crest Road.

Coming into town, the speed limit drops to 30 MPH. There is a pair of traffic of lights. Beacon Hill Road (CR 15) begins on the left at the first light. Main Street begins on the right at the second light.

Port Washington Boulevard ends at Northern Boulevard (NY 25A). Turn left to go east or turn right to go west. Searingtown Road (CR 101) is straight ahead.
