Wicks Road is a short north/south route in Brentwood. Fifth Avenue (CR 13) changes names to become Wicks Road just north of the railroad tracks. After a few blocks, CR 13 curves to the northwest as Crooked Hill Road, while Wicks Road continues north as CR 7. It passes along the eastern boundary of Suffolk County Community College Grant Campus. After a short distance, there is an interchange with the Long Island Expressway (I-495). Immediately thereafter, Wicks Road ends at the Motor Parkway (CR 67).
