PA 371 is an east/west route in the northeastern corner of Pennsylvania. Old Newburgh Turnpike (PA 374) changes designation to become PA 371 upon crossing PA 171. It runs east, changing names twice to become Great Bend Turnpike and then Cochecton Turnpike. It eventually reaches the Delaware River, where there is a bridge to New York. It becomes Newburgh Turnpike (Sullivan CR 114) at the state line.
