PA 507 is a diagonal route in the Poconos. It begins at I-380 in Gouldsboro and runs east for several miles to South Sterling. There, it joins PA 191. The two routes are multiplexed for a few miles to Newfoundland, and then they split. PA 507 continues north past I-84, with which it has an interchange, to Lake Wallenpaupack. It runs northeast along the east side of the lake for several miles to US 6, where it ends.
