PA 534 is a diagonal east/west route passing through Hickory Run State Park. It begins at State Street (PA 94) in White Haven, just north of the Keystone Shortway (I-80). It runs south and then southeast through the park. It crosses the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476), but there is no interchange. On the other side, it runs east and then curves to the south toward Kunkletown, where is ends at Interchange Road (US 209).
