US 219 takes over Corridor H in Elkins where US 33 splits off from it. Gilman Road (CR 1) begins on the left at an uncontrolled at-grade intersection.

The western section of Corridor H ends here. Turn right to stay on US 219. Straight ahead, there is a bridge that has been constructed but not yet opened to traffic.

US 219 is now a two-lane undivided road and is known once again as Seneca Trail.

Welcome to Tucker County! The county line is at the peak of the mountain. Seneca Trail now begins to head back down.

Welcome to Parsons! There is a traffic light at WV 72. Continue straight ahead onto Chestnut Street to go north. Turn right onto First Street to go south and to stay on US 219.

First Street runs east as a two-lane undivided road. There is a bridge over the Cheat River.

Welcome to Thomas! There is a bridge over the North Fork of the Blackwater River, followed by a stop sign. Appalachian Highway (WV 32) begins on the right. Turn left to continue on Seneca Trail and stay on US 219.
