There is a small bridge over the Musconetcong River. On the other side, NJ 182 begins on the left at a traffic light. Bear right to stay on US 46. CR 517 also comes into this intersection, although there is no signage for it. It is multiplexed with NJ 182 to the south and US 46 to the north.

US 46 ends here. There is an exit for NJ 94 north, which provides access to I-80 east, followed by an exit for I-80 west and the NJ 94 bridge over the Delaware River, which leads to PA 611 on the other side.
