Welcome to New York! I-99 begins here as US 15 enters the state from Pennsylvania. The two routes are multiplexed for their entire length in the state. There are no exits for the first few miles.

I-99 ends here. Exit 12 is for the Southern Tier Expressway (I-86/NY 17) west. Exits 13A-B are for the Southern Tier Expressway (I-86/NY 17) east and Denison Parkway West (NY 352). Vehicles that don't use the ramp for exits 13A-B are forced onto exit 12. US 15 becomes NY 15 at this point and is multiplexed with I-86 and I-390 for several miles beginning here.
