CR 557 splits off to the left as Tuckahoe Road. There is a bridge with a weight limit on Tuckahoe Road, so trucks that are too heavy must instead follows NJ 50 and US 40.

There is a long, curvy section of NJ 50 in Estell Manor. Cumberland Avenue (CR 637) begins on the left. There is a county park along this stretch.

Welcome to the Township of Weymouth! Here, NJ 50 is known as Boulevard. There is a traffic light at Eleventh Avenue (CR 669) and Crest Street.

Welcome to the Township of Hamilton! NJ 50 changes names to become Mill Street. There is a traffic light at Harding Highway (US 40). Turn right to go east or left to go west. NJ 50 is multiplexed with US 40 for a few blocks beginning here.

NJ 50 splits off to the north. Here, it is called Cape May Avenue. There is a traffic light at Third Street. The speed limit gradually rises from 30 MPH to 50 MPH.
