Central Avenue becomes CR 30 at the southern terminus of Middletown Road (CR 33). It runs west through Pearl River as a two-lane undivided road.

There is a traffic light at NY 304. Turn left onto South Pearl Street to go south. Turn right onto North Pearl Street to go north and to stay on CR 30. Central Avenue continues straight ahead as a local street.
